Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders over £65. Orders under £65 are subject to a £4.95 delivery fee.

Yes, we ship to the United States and most of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. US orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@maisonwoof.store with your order number. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Absolutely. If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for exchanges is covered by Maison Woof on the first exchange per order.

Yes. All Maison Woof products are tested for safety and made with non-toxic materials. Our ceramic bowls are food-safe and lead-free. Our vegan leather is free from harmful chemicals. We never compromise on safety — for your dog or your home.

All bed covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry — lay flat to air dry to preserve the shape and texture of the fabric.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with neck and chest measurements. As a general rule, measure your dog’s neck for collars and their chest (just behind the front legs) for harnesses. Yes — our Personalised Engraved Collar includes a brass plate engraved with your dog’s name and your phone number. Personalisation is included in the price. Please allow 3–5 additional working days for engraved orders.
